The World Needs

your Big Idea

Earn your Bachelor’s degree while Designing & Launching your Social Enterprise, Non-Profit, or Business.

  • We exist to form entrepreneurial young adults to solve our future’s most critical challenges.

  • We believe the best way to learn is through engaging in meaningful dialogue and work.

  • We reject the traditional model of large classrooms and lecture halls. Instead, we’ve designed an incubation lab for thinkers, doers, and entrepreneurially minded students to build something meaningful.

  • We study the great ideas that came before us. Instead of taking routine introductory classes, we read Plato, Aristotle, Augustine, Dante, Shakespeare, and other luminaries of thought.

Let’s discover, design, pilot, and launch your big idea together.

“The object of education is to teach us to love what is beautiful.”

- SOCRATES

Our Incubator Model

Year 1: Discover

Explore critical questions about your unique design and purpose. What are you created for? You'll gain self-awareness of your vocation and calling within the context of innovation.

Year 2: Design

Begin developing a product, program, or service aligned with your identity and leadership. You'll continue to grow in faith and leadership, shaping your ideas and strategies.

Year 3: Pilot

With your big idea refined, start building out your ministry, business, non-profit, or service. This year is about putting your concepts into action and testing them in real-world scenarios.

Year 4: Launch

In your final year, you'll have the chance to create your own full-time job or organization. Each student will have the support from our partners to be successful.

Create alongside Hildegard faculty and entrepreneurial mentors to design and launch your big idea.
