Business Model Generation Workshop - Tuesday, April 2, 5:00-8:30pm PT

from $89.00

For ideators, leaders, and organizations pursuing the common good.

Presented by Hildegard College, in partnership with Redemption Church

Description

  • Is there a problem in the world that you feel called to help solve?

  • Are you committed to the health of a specific community?

  • Do you have an idea, product, program, or service that you want to grow into a viable organization?

  • Are you facing challenges in the early to mid stages of your organization, wanting more guidance and tools to move forward?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, this workshop is for you. Using the business model canvas tools in the book, Business Model Generation (included in your ticket price), we’ll learn the 9 basic building blocks of every organizational model, map out each element for your idea, product, program, or organization, and set you up with an action plan to advance your good work.

Our core focus will be on how we’re creating and delivering value to our primary stakeholder segments, and we’ll explore the implications on partners and donors, revenue, our key activities and key resources, and budgets.

You’ll work alongside the Hildegard College community, including our entrepreneurial arts faculty members, civic partners, and Hildegard students.

Hildegard College in Costa Mesa, CA offers a new vision for Christian higher education–a single, rigorous, and affordable undergraduate degree in the liberal and entrepreneurial arts through an immersive experience in an entrepreneurial ecosystem and faith community. At Hildegard, you’ll become deeply formed, learn from history’s greatest thinkers, and get to work creating culture.

*This workshop is integrated with Hildegard’s Spring semester class ENT 150, Vocation and Innovation. Participants may be eligible for credit toward a certificate in entrepreneurial arts from Hildegard College.
