Business Model Generation Workshop - Tuesday, April 2, 5:00-8:30pm PT
For ideators, leaders, and organizations pursuing the common good.
Presented by Hildegard College, in partnership with Redemption Church
Description
Is there a problem in the world that you feel called to help solve?
Are you committed to the health of a specific community?
Do you have an idea, product, program, or service that you want to grow into a viable organization?
Are you facing challenges in the early to mid stages of your organization, wanting more guidance and tools to move forward?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, this workshop is for you. Using the business model canvas tools in the book, Business Model Generation (included in your ticket price), we’ll learn the 9 basic building blocks of every organizational model, map out each element for your idea, product, program, or organization, and set you up with an action plan to advance your good work.
Our core focus will be on how we’re creating and delivering value to our primary stakeholder segments, and we’ll explore the implications on partners and donors, revenue, our key activities and key resources, and budgets.
You’ll work alongside the Hildegard College community, including our entrepreneurial arts faculty members, civic partners, and Hildegard students.
