The Hildegard College Great Works Seminar ONLINE AUDIT gives students, educators, professionals, parents, and community members from all over the world the opportunity to read and interact with the ideas that have shaped history’s greatest civilizations. Join us live to meet and greet before the seminar, observe the Socratic-style conversation with Hildegard faculty, and enjoy a special lecture.
ON KNOWING WITH PLATO’S MENO
Join us in reading Plato’s dialogue, Meno, where Socrates asks his companion, “What is virtue?” The two explore what it means to know as well as some fallacies of thought that bear a striking resemblance to our own time.
