Creating Value for Your Customers - A Hildegard Incubation Lab Workshop; Wednesday, October 9, 5:00-8:30pm PDT

from $89.00

Creating Value for Your Customers*- How to create products, programs, and services that your ideal audience wants.

A workshop for dreamers, ideators, and leaders pursuing the common good.

*Customer is the generic term for any audience, client, or stakeholder that is the recipient of value being delivered.

Description

  • Is there a problem in the world that you feel called to help solve?

  • Are you committed to the health of a specific community or customer?

  • Do you have an idea, product, program, or service that you want to grow into a viable organization?

  • Do you need support in identifying the specific audience that you want to serve?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, this workshop is for you. Using the framework from the book, Value Proposition Design by Alex Osterwilder et.al, we'll walk through the three aspects of a customer profile and the three features necessary to build a unique value proposition for your ideal customer.

Our goal is for you to identify your ideal customer's pains, gains, and the "jobs" they need done and then map those to pain relievers, gain creators, and products, programs, and services that your value proposition is built around.

You’ll work alongside the Hildegard College community, including our entrepreneurial arts faculty members, mentors, civic partners, and Hildegard students.

Dinner will be provided from 5-5:30pm.

Hildegard College in Costa Mesa, CA offers a new vision for Christian higher education–a single, rigorous, and affordable undergraduate degree in the liberal and entrepreneurial arts through an immersive experience in an entrepreneurial ecosystem and faith community.
